1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BossLady Global website, services, or membership programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "User," or "Customer") and BossLady Global ("the Maison," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Promptly update your account information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Orders & Purchases

Order Acceptance

All orders placed through the Maison are subject to acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Product Representation

We strive to display products accurately. However, colors, textures, and details may vary slightly from their digital representation. Such variations do not constitute a defect.

Order Limits

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household, or per order.

4. Membership Tiers

The Maison offers tiered membership programs, each with distinct privileges:

• Inner Circle (Tier I): Complimentary membership with access to Maison news, editorial journals, early collection announcements, and selected member experiences.
• VIP Club (Tier II): Annual membership with priority access to exclusive collections, VIP-only releases, members' benefits, and premium experiences.
• Founders Circle (Tier III): Lifetime membership limited to 100 members worldwide, including exclusive Founders privileges, legacy recognition, and access to Founder experiences.

Membership privileges are non-transferable and may be revoked for violation of these terms.

Membership Fees

Membership fees, where applicable, are clearly displayed before purchase. By completing payment, you agree to the applicable membership benefits, renewal terms (where applicable), and this Membership Covenant.

5. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout
• Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders are honored at the original price
• Payment is processed at the time of order placement
• We accept payment methods as indicated at checkout
• Failed payments may result in order cancellation

6. Shipping & Returns

Shipping terms, delivery timeframes, and return policies are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery
• Returns must comply with our return window and condition requirements
• Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return

7. Intellectual Property

Maison BLG, BossLady Global, the BLG monogram, House Canvas designs, collection names, product designs, logos, graphics, photographs, editorial content, and all related intellectual property are the exclusive property of Maison BLG or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission
• Brand names, logos, and the BLG monogram are registered trademarks
• User-generated content grants us a non-exclusive license to display and promote it

8. Authenticity & Counterfeit Protection

Maison BLG is committed to protecting the authenticity of every creation. Products purchased through authorised Maison BLG channels are guaranteed to be authentic. We do not guarantee the authenticity of products purchased through unauthorised sellers. Counterfeit reproduction, imitation, resale of counterfeit goods, or misuse of Maison BLG intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Digital House Experience

Access to Maison BLG's digital experiences, membership portals, editorial content, and exclusive collections is provided solely for personal use. Automated scraping, copying, resale, or unauthorised commercial use is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Maison is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

11. Force Majeure

Maison BLG shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to war, strikes, pandemics, natural disasters, supplier interruptions, or governmental actions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration before litigation, except where prohibited by applicable law.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Maison BLG regarding the use of our website and services.
